A bit about Andy.
Andy lives with his wife and teenage son (and dog Bella) on the Ashdown Forest, before living in Sussex he has lived in the Peak District and Snowdonia in North Wales.
Experience.
He has worked extensively in the UK and led teams overseas in a range of mountainous environments, Andy is a firm believer that adventure education can develop young people giving them a better understanding of their own potential and a growing understanding and awarness of the team around them. He has been an outdoor pursuits instructor for 17 years yet will insist that ”instructing” is a last resort firstly preceded by educating, coaching and nurturing.
